IE20 is organised by London & Partners, the official promotional company for London, with support from the Mayor of London. London & Partners has significant experience working with international businesses, helping them to set up and scale up their business in London. All information provided by your company will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Furthermore, the information will not be used for any purpose other than the selection process.5. What is the eligibility criteria to participate in IE20?
Companies registered in India after 2000, or internationally registered companies with majority Indian management can apply. The company should have global ambitions and a product/service suitable for global markets. Having an international presence is not a required condition.6. How do you assess the companies operating in diverse business environments/ business models, is this for product or service companies ?
While there is one standardised application form, both product and service focused companies can apply. The rating parameters and weightages do differ depending upon the kind of business, product or service offered. We are looking for the most promising companies to succeed globally and the methodology and assessment process allows us to understand and rate a company accordingly.7. How will the applications be evaluated?
The companies will be shortlisted based on a 3-stage assessment framework. In the first stage companies will be required to fill in a detailed application form. Using the information shared, companies will be evaluated using a robust rating model. Based on the ratings given, the top 50 shortlisted companies will be shortlisted and invited to present their company to a panel of judges. The panel will comprise of senior industry figures and international experts brought in by London & Partners. These judges will select the top 20 winners.8. Will the shortlisted companies be required to make a presentation to the judges?
Yes, the top 50 shortlisted companies will present their company to the judges.9. How will the winners be announced?
The final 20 winners will be announced on the IE20 website as well as being contacted by both email and phone.10. Is there participation fee for this programme?
There is no cost to participate in the programme.
